2nd week MTC

Hello again! I've now been at the MTC for about a week and a half now. This week, I've been in class for mostly, but I have been learning a lot. For the Tuesday night devotional, we had Elder Carlos A. Godoy of the Seventy gave the story of his conversion. It was a really good devotional and also very inspirational. The work of missionaries is very important and can bless the lives of many generations through even a single convert. Also, I got to visit the temple 3 times this week. On Tuesday, we went for baptisms for the dead, and then on Thursday, we went for Initiatories, and then today we went for endowments. The temple is a great way to break up some of the monotony of the classes, but it is also incredible to hear the blessings that you get from the ordinances within.  -Elder Walker
