Nathan and his companion baptized 4 members of the Newsom family- Dad, Mom and 2 children. He said is was really special baptizing a family and seeing that bond and connection. They also confirmed the 4 new members.
They also have a soldier from Fort Moore that is preparing for baptism in March.
Nathan stays positive and is adjusting to a small town. He loves hearing from family and will know on transfers his week.
11/11-11/18 Nathan and Elder Reevs have found some cool people to teach and said things are going well. There are 20 people in their branch, many older. So when 6 people didn't show up on Sunday, Nathan and his companion had to handle the Sacrament prep,
Nathan was transferred to Lanett, AL last week and his new companion is Elder Reeves. If there name ends in a "R" they are paired with Nathan. lol This area is 6,000 people instead of 900. It is divided in the central and eastern time zone so
